Contribute a Document

Submit a public-domain or fair-use UAS / counter-UAS / supply-chain doctrine document for inclusion in the corpus. Submissions go to a moderated queue; an analyst reviews each one before it lands in data/doctrine/MANIFEST.json.

Please don't submit: copyrighted material without a distribution license, vendor manuals (those stay local_only), classified material, PII, or anything you wouldn't share publicly. PDFs only, 50 KB to 25 MB.
